The Orchid Bed & Breakfast is the premier Black- and Veteran-owned bed and breakfast in Mississippi’s capital city, located at the site of the historic Millsaps Buie House. With 11 meticulously appointed sleeping rooms, two flexible indoor event spaces, and two verdant outdoor spaces, The Orchid is an ideal location for relaxation, celebration, and everything in between.

Making your visit smooth

To ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable visit, please note that we have designated parking around the venue. We also provide portable luxury restrooms for your comfort. You can look forward to delicious local treats from our food trucks, live music, and a DJ in a primarily outside setting.
